Cancellation and withdrawal
A verified, account-free path to stop an order or exercise the distance-service withdrawal right.
How the request is handled
Unpaid requests made before collection or chargeable work are normally cancelled immediately. Scheduled handoffs and active assignments are closed with the order.
Once the device has been collected, work has begun, or payment was received, the request goes to an admin review. Clickpas then confirms proportional charges, refund position, and secure return arrangements.
For a distance service, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from contract conclusion. If you expressly requested early performance, lawful proportional payment may apply for work already supplied. The right ends after full performance only where the required request and acknowledgement were recorded.
A cancellation request does not limit repair-warranty rights, consumer remedies, or the ability to make a complaint.
